What started as a local effort has become a community club serving hundreds of players each season. If you have two U-8 teams getting ready to play a game and one team only has 4 players, the coaches can get together and decide to just play 4 x 4. Also there should be no problem when a child is hurt or crying to sub one player for another during the quarter.
